Today, Quinn and I went to Breckenridge to close out the Christmas/New Year holiday. Good times (cold times in the AM!) had by all. It did end up warming to the 20's, and was quite nice. Quinn is getting to be a confident and solid snowboarder! We did all blues and blacks, on Peak 9 and Peak 10. We skied/boarded about 16,000 vertical feet- no lift lines.
Ok go ahead and google it...shred the gnar. This is what my friend Steve said to me as we boarded the quad lift at Beaver Creek. It was a great day, my son Quinn did his first black diamond! There was a bunch of fresh, so even though it was steep steep with moguls it had plenty of cushion for the falls :) The run was Ripsaw.
