Engage @ Hong Kong

Just back from our ELIC summer training in Hong Kong. It was HOT, well maybe actually a cooler technical temperature than Fort Collins, but far muggier than I am used to: every day was 90F and 90% humidity...yeah let's just say Hong Kong is sticky in the summer.

The training went very well, and we have a fantastic group heading out across Asia this summer from their US college campuses.  I had lunch with my brother Matt at the American Club with one of our Board members which was cool, and the views were trick. I also got an inside tip on the best Dim Sum shop in HKG, locals only: Tim Ho Wan.  Google it for yourself, I don't want to reveal too much lest my sources wince ;) -   I'll just throw out there that it has a Michelin star.  It was SO GOOD, and we indulged.  Total bill for three of us: $20USD.  I actually went there twice. I couldn't resist.  We were the only foreigners in the place both times we went and stood on queue for a table two days in a row. Hilarious. I now crave this place from 8000 miles away, kind of a problem! :)

Next trip to Asia won't be until the end of September, plenty 'o time to recover from jetlag- but things won't slow down until family vaca in early August. Here are some pics and a cool vid from the 6 days I was there.
